Paul Stevenson has been the owner and Executive Director of Trauma Tech for 21 years. With extensive experience as an OFA attendant and safety consultant in several industries he is a leader in his field. Paul is a senior instructor/evaluator for both Worksafe BC and Canadian Red Cross courses and holds an EMR license. Paul also works with the professional ski patrol at Mount Seymour and is the dedicated volunteer Medical Coordinator for the Vancouver Folk Music Festival (VFMF). He is also on the faculty of the Justice Institute of BC, Paramedic Academy

Chrissy Becket has been part of Trauma Tech’s administrative team for seven years.
In her role as General Manager she actively manages several aspects of the business including
corporate client accounts, group first aid and safety training, hiring of contract instructors,
public course calendar, business development and volunteer event coordination. Prior to joining
us at Trauma Tech she worked at a local law firm as the on duty OFA attendant for four years.

The newest member of the Trauma Tech administrative team, Bev assists with equipment sales, course registrations and general enquires. Her qualification include a Level One Instructor certificate and a Canadian Red Cross instructor Certificate.

Bridget Milsom has been instructing first aid for more than 30 years. A senior Instructor Trainer and Evaluator for WorkSafe BC and St. John Ambulance, she plays an integral role in the development and maintenance standards for Trauma Tech’s instructional and administrative teams. Bridget has been a ski patroller with Cypress Cross Country for 22 years and a volunteer with North Shore Search and Rescue for 11 years. She is also the retired Director of Training for St. John Ambulance and has a background in academic pathology.

Program Developer

As Trauma Tech’s Program Developer, Paula Adam is responsible for policy and procedure creation, review and documentation of the Occupational, Health and Safety program, first aid risk assessments for corporate clients, as well as other administrative duties. Paula joined the Trauma Tech team as a contract instructor in 2003, moving into her current role in Spring, 2004. Paula also manages equipment sales and marketing for the company.
